Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC/RJ). Master of International Law with a focus on Intellectual Property from the University of Valladolid, Spain, and is legally qualified in Spain. He was an associate lawyer at the law firm Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Ópice Advogados, project coordinator at the Center for Technology and Society at the FGV/RJ Law School, researcher at the Ford Foundation, in conjunction with the Link Center at Wits University in South Africa, with a research line on media, culture and intellectual property, researcher at the Soros Foundation, with a research line on limitations and exceptions to copyright, guest researcher by the Secretariat for Legislative Affairs of the Ministry of Justice, through the Institute of International Trade Law – IDCID, for the project to democratize information in the regulatory development process – "Thinking about Law Project", and consultant for the Center for Management and Strategic Studies of the Federal Government (2005) on topics related to intellectual property. Full professor of the MBA in cultural production at Cândido Mendes University. Member of the Copyright and Intangible Rights and Entertainment Committee of the OAB/RJ. Speaker and lecturer at several national events, author of articles. Co-author of the book Direito do Software Livre e a Administração Pública (Free Software Law and Public Administration, Ed. Lúmen Júris) and Co-author of the book Moral Rights (Ed. Sweet & Maxwel).

She is certified by Equilibre Gestão de Conflitos in mediation and systemic conflict resolution. Author of articles selected for the Ibero-American Audiovisual Panorama (EGEDA).

With a Bachelor's Degree in Law from PUC-Rio and a Postgraduate Degree in Civil Procedural Law, Felipe specializes in Copyright and Intellectual Property Law, Image Rights, Civil Law, Contract Law, Civil Procedure and Litigation, having worked in these areas for over 20 years.
He worked as a lawyer in the areas of civil liability and consumer law for 15 years as a partner at the law firm Oliveira&Gonçalves.
With innovation and entrepreneurship in his DNA, he is a co-founder of start-ups such as Livexperts.
Felipe has been a member of Senna Advogados since 2016.

She has held positions at Empresa Brasil de Comunicação and ANCINE and worked as a lawyer and intern at renowned law firms. She has a Master's degree in Legal and Political Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and has specializations in Copyright Law and Entertainment Law. Has a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ). She has been a member of Senna Advogados since 2016, working in the advisory department, focusing on the release of rights, trademarks and regulatory matters. In 2018, Roberta published the article "Mechanisms to promote the audiovisual industry in the Brazilian market", in the Iberoamerican Audiovisual Panorama 2018 (EGEDA), in collaboration with Bárbara Fraga and Alexander Kellner, in 2020, she was selected with the article "Lives in the Covid-19 pandemic period and ECAD's collection" at the Congress of Copyright and Public Interest (CODAIP) and in 2024 her article is part of the book "Copyright and Entertainment: New Legal Perspectives" (Editora Synergia).

Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), in 1962. Started his career in Copyright Law in 1965, at Polygram, nowadays Universal Music, as an advisor. He was a hired lawyer at EMI ODEON, at Som Livre and, later on, again, at Polygram, from 1966 to 1992. 

João Carlos was a partner of the Advogados Associados, nowadays Motta Fernandes, from 1966 to 1991. Legal advisor of the Associação Brasileira dos Produtores de Discos, nowadays Pró-Música, from 1966 to 2016. Full member of the National Council of Copyright - Conselho Nacional de Direito de Autor, from 1984 to 1998. General Secretary of the Latin American Federation for Phonograms and Video phonograms Producers - Federação Latino Ameriana de Produtores de Fonogramas e Videofonogramas (FLAPF), from 1984 to 2000. Advisor for TV Globo for Intellectual Property matters since 1981.

Constantly present in international congresses and conferences, promoted by WIPO and UNESCO, advising the Brazilian Delegation. Took part in the making of Brazilian Law no. 9610/96, assisting congressional representatives and rapporteurs.

She actively studies copyright in the music market and published the article “Taylor’s Version: a Re-recording of Phonograms by Artists for Recovery of Related Rights”. She was selected to participate in the CopyrightX course offered by Harvard Law School, in 2025. She worked as an intern at Telecine, a leading joint venture in programming, distribution and production in the national film market, as a lawyer in an independent theater production company and in a digital influencer agency. She has been a member of Senna Advogados since July 2023, in the media and entertainment sector, with a focus on music and advertising.
